Dynamis Alliance Women's Weekend Video

Back in November, I had an awesome opportunity to train with Dom Raso and his team at Dynamis Alliance. I recapped that weekend in a post that you can read here. It was hard to put that experience into words and that weekend along with its message of honor and crushing everything we do in our lives, still very much lives within me every day. That's how much of an impact it has had on me.  Dynamis Alliance put together this amazing video from that weekend that I wanted to share so you can see more of us in action versus the stills from the blog post.
